At our clinic, we strive to make obtaining your necessary medication as convenient as possible. That is why we offer two different options for repeat prescriptions.
You may visit our clinic and one of our friendly staff will assist you in processing your prescription using a printed form.
For those who require one-off or acute medication, we also offer online forms that can be filled out quickly and easily. This ensures that you can obtain your medication as soon as possible without having to visit our clinic in person.
We understand that your time is valuable, and we aim to make the prescription process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
If you live within the area covered by Llangennech surgery please ask at reception for the appropriate registration forms.
New patients are asked to complete a simple health questionnaire and attend a short check up with the Practice Nurse. You will then be registered as a patient of Llangennech Surgery
Routine appointments are available in advance with the doctor, practice nurses, advanced nurse practitioner, prescribing pharmacist, and healthcare assistant.
Our team of trained call handlers will direct you to the most suitable clinician for your condition.
Patients can now access the NHS Wales App where you can order your repeat prescriptions, book a new appointment or cancel an existing appointment.
You will be required to have an account on the NHS Wales App

All children under 16 with acute presentations will be offered a same day consultation.
Appointments can be cancelled via telephone or by responding to the text message reminder sent by the practice if the patient has consented to text messages via a mobile
